• Only track websites you own or have permission to track
• Not use the service for illegal activities
• Not abuse or attempt to hack our service
• Not resell or sublicense our service

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Keep your API key confidential.

4. Free & Paid Plans

Free Plan: 1 site, 10K events/month
Pro Plan: $9/month, 3 sites, 50K events/month

We may change pricing with 30 days notice. You can cancel anytime.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account anytime from settings.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

VisitorPurse is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee 100% uptime or data accuracy.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages resulting from use of our service, including data loss or service interruptions.

8. Intellectual Property

VisitorPurse owns all rights to the service. You own your data and can export it anytime.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
